SALT LAKE CITY — Three years ago on Thanksgiving Day, KSL News tagged along for a morning race with a group of cancer patients. Now the captain of "Team Tumor," spends his remaining days bringing a bit of happiness to his fellow patients at the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

When we caught up with Dov Siporin earlier this week, he was decked out in a turkey suit, with balloons for stuffing, showing off his tail feather in the middle of the hospital.

(Reuters) - The Federal Reserve's balance sheet shrank in the latest week with a lower holdings of federal government and agency securities, Fed data released on Friday showed.

The Fed's balance sheet - a broad gauge of its lending to the financial system - stood at $2.853 trillion on November 21, down from $2.859 trillion on November 14.

The Eastern Gate and Assateague Island

The Eastern Gate is on Assateague Island in Maryland. It is a balancing point for Point Conception in California (The Western Gate) and is a portal for souls to enter and exit the Earth plane. The area around the Eastern Gate was once a sacred burial site. The Assateague, Choptank, and Nanticoke Indians had a deep reverance for the bones of their deceased kin. They would put the bones in log houses and then bury them at a later time. When the Indians were removed from the area in 1759-60, they tried to take the bones with them, to the consternation of the Puritan colonists. I don't know what came of this conflict.

Word of warning, this is a very direct post.  I’ve been very open and honest about my personal feelings as well as providing spiritual insight.

December 21, 2012, winter equinox, the Yule celebration, the darkest day of the year (less sunlight than any other day) and the end of the Mayan calendar.  Please notice I didn’t say anything about the end of the world.  Recently there has been more investigation, speculation, research, debate, and planning than perhaps even during the Y2K scare of 2000.  We humans tend to let even minor changes panic us.  The truth is the plethora of possible scenarios running rampant in imaginations all over the world are scarier than what will probably happen.  Our fears are almost always worse than actual reality.

The president faces a weak economy and a split Congress, with some Republicans furious over the president’s endorsement of a plan to cut budget deficits with a combination of a tax increase and budget cuts.

 

Commentary:  All the doom and gloomers are expecting this to go rough.  Thank you MotherFather God, the earth allies, and all the angels for making this transition as easy as possible.
