Change symbolizes growth and evolution, and is always happening. So, move with the current, go with the flow. It is in the resistance of change that creates chaos and unpleasant experiences. It is like fighting against the natural order of the Universe. Be open to all that is possible for you.

Set your intention everyday to be open to the new opportunities and experiences to come your way. Look at all the different ways and options that are available to you now and ground your ideas into the physical realm. Bring balance into your spiritual and physical world and use the tools of the mental and emotional worlds. In other words, let your spirit soar with all the possibilities. Use the power of affirmations, and open you heart to all the love and joy that the Divine Universe has to offer and take steps each day that bring you closer to your desires.

Daily Mass Meditation

The angels are telling us that positive energy is pouring onto the earth right now and increasing as the days pass. Wonderful. I have been feeling very calm and happy, very happy indeed as of late. This can be attributed to the energy that is pouring in and the fact that I have been working on myself for many weeks now. I meditate a couple of times a day and I am mindful of my thoughts and feeling. I made a pact the other day, with myself. I told myself while having a nice hot shower, that I would no longer allow negative thoughts and emotions to penetrate into me. I would do my best to stay positive. I would avoid negativity as much as is humanly possible. I made a choice and I am sticking to that choice, but it ain’t easy!

The angels tell us that those who are mindful of ascension and who are working towards that should be feeling positive, peaceful, calm, and loving. And all things negative might begin to make you feel uncomfortable. Yes, this is exactly how I am feeling as of late, and it is wonderful. But I am finding it increasingly difficult to deal with 3D dramas. Here’s a good example.

Today's energy tends to whip up emotions to the point where they spill out. If you find yourself caught up in this kind of situation, the thing to do is to dive under the surface of the matter and go to the heart of what is really going on because the true nature of the drama is much deeper than what is being expressed. Surfacey, superficial things irritate the situation, but they aren't the real cause of it. People's nerves will be plucky today and it won't take much for them to be set off. We are still watching the Sun's activity because the Earth is smack dab in the line of fire of any erupting flares/CMEs. I will post on Twitter if anything develops.

My Friend's Place offers food, clothes, clean underwear and socks, toilet paper, toiletries and hot showers. It also nurtures dreams of a better life.

Give thanks for the nearly new Nikes, left abandoned beneath the 101 Freeway overpass. They were just M.J.'s size. He had needed shoes, but had no money to buy them.
