DEEPLY AWAKE – LOVE HAS NO OPPOSITE

 

I have written some posts but they have gone unpublished, undone, unfinished, somehow incomplete in a very complete way, intact in their attempts to bridge realities but unready to be sung, these private songs, whistling and humming in the background.

 

This has been a time of extraordinary moments, shimmering realizations that occur in the oddest situations.

 

Twice in the last two weeks I have been driving, and, for an extended period of time, I am operating my vehicle with absolutely no idea where I am or what I am supposed to be doing. It's as if I get plunked into this situation, and I do not recognize landmarks, everything is not unfamiliar but so abstracted, so theoretical, that it takes me some time to snap back into better aligned awareness.

 

I had an argument with myself about this yesterday. Do I want to shock myself into fearing a grisly demise as a victim of aggressive, advancing dementia? Forgetting where you are is the first sign! Pretty soon I'll be crapping my pants and demanding coffee and cigarettes from an overworked and resentful nursing home staff. Christ. I am fucked.

Codeine And Kids

Not really understanding why I held certain beliefs in the past, and now understanding the things I do, I NEVER gave my children anything with codeine because my dna knew that if you are already gene pooled with addiction, and also believing that when we give kids drugs as such, we PRE EXPOSE them to drugs like cocaine and when they even try it, the body is already used to it and its easy to get addicted to things.  Not what I wanna say but, I believe that the point has been made.  This is just an example of what I know to be truth.  Here are more reasons NOT to give kid codeine. You decide.

Canadians from coast to coast have donned their battle toques, grabbed their drumsticks and taken to the streets to stand beside their First Nations brethren in what is becoming a sweeping social movement that has started a fire in the hearts (and under the butts) of this normally passive and easygoing nation.

As the populace of Canada has slowly begun to awaken in horror to the bizarre, irresponsible and dangerous policies of creepily narcissistic Prime Minister Stephen Harper, most Canadians looked askance to each other in terms of how to fight this avalanche of bad news.

From omnibus bills of gargantuan length and size aimed at sweeping in massive, undisputed reforms that serve only the greed of oil companies, to the dismantling of Canada's once internationally acclaimed scientific outposts and firing of its world-class scientists, the people of Canada have stood and watched with their mouths literally hanging open in shock for long enough.

There is still such chaos and confusion abounding. So I decided to go within and extract a few words of comfort from my high self...for the highest good of all..Enjoy and be lifted!

 

You have not been left behind, and neither has mankind. We watch over you unceasingly. There is much wonder left for you all in this world, you have only to seek it within yourselves. There is no going outside for the wonder that is you. Close yourself in if you must to find it. It is essential that you do so. There is much joy left for you to experience in this world until, we together,  lift humanity to its true levels in light.
