Humanity is preparing to rise into the state of full consciousness, where it truly is at all times even though it remains unaware of this, and as it does so the sense of expectant anticipation that so many of you are experiencing is intensifying. Very few of you are without some sense that great changes are in the air, but what they might entail mostly eludes you. It is indeed a wonderful time to be on Earth, and that is why you chose to be here now. It is a time when misery, fear, anxiety, and doubt will be replaced with joyful confidence that God exists eternally, and you with Him, in the glory of His magnificent creation where ecstatic bliss is the ever-present ongoing experience.
I wrote this on another site for people just beginning to meditate. I figured I would share it here as well:
Many years ago I was feeling quite depressed so I went to go see a psychiatrist. She had two suggestions for me and said that both were equally effective in treating depression. The first option was to start practicing meditation, and the second option was to start taking pills. Being lazy at the time, I asked for the pills.
The pills got rid of the depression, but with a cost that was a little too high for me to pay. Sure, I didn't feel depressed anymore, but the problem was that I didn't feel much of anything. I didn't feel happy, I didn't feel sad, I just felt numb. I'm not sure the pills really cure depression, they just mask it.
Beloved masters, the Creator’s breath is the fuel of existence and you are the flame it feeds. It is important you understand that you are developing your individual SUNLIGHT, which is a reflection of your own God Essence. The human intellectual thought process must evolve beyond the limitations of language. There is a vast wealth of information awaiting humanity via inspiration. You must develop your intuitive abilities in order to receive the wisdom of the Cosmic Council of Light. It will not come from outside you.

It has recently come to my attention that we are beginning to mentally align with (become aware of) the great shift in perception that the unseens have been talking a lot about lately and this shift is apparently the result of some massive global (energetic) re-balancing that took place over the last 3-4 weeks in the form of a magnetic pole shift.
These re-balancing energies started to aggressively bubble up on the winter solstice/lunar eclipse and are currently completing a round of physical aftereffects in the form of solar and geological activity…geomagnetic storms, solar flares/winds, coronal mass ejections, auroras, quakes and fissures, etc.
So much of what is currently happening around the world is related to this shift and the unseens would like to clarify some things to settle any fears that may be festering from the uncertainty of such dramatic forward movement.
It is not at all unusual for the period leading to the end times to be chaotic, but as the old drops away so a new pathway emerges. By now you should be able to see the direction you are heading in, and it will conform to the plan for Ascension. For each individual there are the personal experiences, as you notice the changes in your consciousness. You are finding that you are more able to keep centered and are not so easily disturbed by outer happenings. The end times are a great test that determines how far you have evolved. You have to deal with the constant assault upon your senses, and the sight of death and destruction that seems to constantly occupy the media. When you can give of your love and compassion to those involved, and are not adversely affected by the emotional tug of your heartstrings, you are placing yourself beyond the reach of a negative response. The anger that it evokes in some people simply adds to the fear that already exists, and feeds the very ones who are trying to unsettle you.
Please explain to us the difference between Twin Rays and Twin Flames? Twin Rays exist an octave above Twin Flames. Twin Flames are capable of individualized incarnate embodiment. Twin Rays exist an octave above as pure light. There is confusion between the two, because they are each an aspect of the other. At the Moment you are created, it appears as a water droplet of pure light which divides immediately into two cells, one male and one female, and otherwise exactly the same in every way. These are Divine Compliments of each other in perfect balance. The first expression of this Divine Creation is a Twin Ray of Light. From the Twin Ray of Light then is born an expression in form. This expression in form of the Twin Ray becomes the Twin Flame. These are the individual forms which have expression in the physical. The Twin Rays express themselves in the Dimensions above the 352nd Dimension.
Joyous hello's to you my friends. In this world of mine that seems to be struggling on so many levels, it would be great if you could offer some upliftment to our souls, and some wisdom to assist us in these challenging times. Thank you.
This is most fortunate wording from you as indeed this is our every intention always. It would not be appropriate for us to do otherwise , for we desire only to serve and allow those of you on the Earth plane who so choose to advance in retrieving the memories of the True soulself, which in turn of course, allows each soul to serve the whole.
There appears to be concern over matters regarding all sorts of oddities that are taking place upon your world. Again we would ask only that you focus on that which we have offered. To concentrate your thoughts, via your heart, and let Love guide you through every moment of your living. We are aware of our continual backup in this vein and yet WE FEEL it so absolutely imperative for you all to understand that it is THIS LOVE OF YOURS that is changing the very vibration of your planet NOW ... and therefore, one must surely recognize that what is happening NOW is what is creating your days ahead. May we reiterate a few pointers?
Remembrance, remembering. It is the process which each of you is going through right now. It is an intense cleansing, a purging of all that no longer serves your highest good. You must stay steady in the light, with diligence, with great strength and courage, with perseverance. We are with you in every now moment and we remind you of this. It is a time of remembering your heritage, remembering who you are at the deepest levels of your being. It is a time of remembering every aspect and facet of who you are, your individual heritage, this blessed inner wisdom, the God Self which you each are and display in great joy, through your thoughts your actions, your words, your feelings.
Full consciousness is not some mythical unattainable state, it is your natural state: fully alive and fully awake in Reality, where you have always existed since the moment of your creation. What you are experiencing on Earth, in the illusion, is what is unreal. Your Father created you from Love — in joy! — and in that state of joy you exist eternally. There is no other! And, yes, your experiences on Earth, in the illusion, do seem convincingly real, and frequently dangerously unsafe. But, as reason makes quite clear to you, if you will follow it to its logical conclusion, that apparent state can only be unreal.
Everything comes to he who waits, and certainly you have needed much patience over the last few years. Yet for all of the frustration and waiting the process of Ascension has proceeded uninterrupted. At times it has seemed that progress was held back but in spite of all the delays, the original goal is still within our sights. Most importantly those of the Light have continued to keep focused on Ascension, and helped raise the consciousness levels on Earth. The important changes that you have been anticipating have now become compressed into a shorter period of time, but will be none the less effective. They will fulfill your expectations and have already galvanized many people into action. You are seeing the results beginning to materialize around you, as the world responds to the energies creating change. It causes unrest, demonstrations and even violence, which is regrettable, but nevertheless is a sign that the people are restless and demand change. We wish that everyone were informed about Ascension, as that would negate the need for violence of any kind. Then the energies would remain positive and put to good use.
