How many times a day do you catch yourself talking to yourself? None, you say? Then here’s a little test. The next time you are in the shower, bring your attention to your feet and hold your focus there. How long can you do it before your thoughts intrude? I really need to give Mom a call. We haven’t spoken since last Wednesday, and she’ll think I don’t love her….Why did Frank ask me to stop at the cleaners after work? Doesn’t he remember Dale’s soccer game starts at five? I’ll barely make it there as it is….I hope the boss is in a better mood today. He was really out of it yesterday….I have a paper due tomorrow. Why did I put off working on it? And the guys are getting together tonight to watch the game. I really need the extra credit. If I don’t turn that paper in on time, I’m screwed. If you are not talking to yourself, who is talking to you?
When meditation was suggested to me several years ago as a way of helping my body to heal while I was in treatment for exposure to toxic chemicals, I had only a foggy notion of what meditation is. Coming of age in the 60s and 70s, I recalled reading about college students who smoked pot or ingested LSD and claimed to meditate, thus linking meditation for me with the use of a mind-altering substance. Faced, however, with the bizarre symptoms brought on by toxic exposure, I was ready to try anything.

Guest: Why is it that I wait and wait for a job offer to come up, and then suddenly I have three of them? That happens with other things too.
Well, it’s like we were discussing with energy plans. You cannot keep up with what you have created in thought vibration with just your actions. It’s like letting a tiger out of its cage and then tying to return it by grabbing the tail. Once you are creating with source energy, you have to keep doing it. Keep visioning. Keep feeling your way through the energy field that surrounds all of your physical existence and pay less attention to just the physical forms.
So each of those jobs has an energy signature to it, a vibrational license to exist. That energy signature will tell your inner being exactly what it’s all about, even though the surface appearance of it may say something quite different. You have to retreat into your inner calm for the answer, because your ego is going to get excited by the physical appearance. Your ego cannot see the energy signature at all.

There is no scientific evidence that psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are valid or useful, according to the leading body representing Britain's clinical psychologists.
In a groundbreaking move that has already prompted a fierce backlash from psychiatrists, the British Psychological Society's division of clinical psychology (DCP) will on Monday issue a statement declaring that, given the lack of evidence, it is time for a "paradigm shift" in how the issues of mental health are understood. The statement effectively casts doubt on psychiatry's predominantly biomedical model of mental distress – the idea that people are suffering from illnesses that are treatable by doctors using drugs. The DCP said its decision to speak out "reflects fundamental concerns about the development, personal impact and core assumptions of the (diagnosis) systems", used by psychiatry.

Before I continue my sharing from our friends revelations from Planeathious, I want to be perfectly clear on my own focus, my only true focus here on earth and in my energy system. Shambhala. Everything I write about, everything I look at in life and beyond life is souly about bringing the pure and true frequencies and abilities of what we would call heaven here to earth. I am not looking to overthrow anything, I have already done that in my own life. And honestly, I think that is the only place we can strip down and rebuild from, our individual lives and then we reach out collectively to connect to others and build bigger and wider, together.
I have long stopped playing by societies rules, by familial rules, or even peer expectations. I can never make you do such a thing, to even try would be exhausting. However, to share my journey, the insights I have gleaned and applied to my own life with both positive and not so positive results, that’s what I do. Perhaps we can even look at my current role in the building of Shambhala, heaven on earth, as figuring out the blueprints. Any great structure here on earth always comes with blueprints for construction, and there are many of us getting this amazing blueprint to share outwards with the architects, the landscapers, the builders…

May 12, 2013 – TONGA - A strong 6.5-magnitude earthquake struck off the Pacific nation of Tonga US seismologists said, but no tsunami warning was issued. The under-sea quake hit at 08:46 am (2046 GMT Saturday), 139 kilometers (86 miles) from the town of Neiafu, on the south coast of the island Vava’u, at a depth of 205 kilometers, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre said based on the depth of the quake, no tsunami was expected. The epicenter of the tremor was 353 kilometers north of the capital Nuku’alofa. In a monumental compilation of millions of never publicly available satellite images comprising trillions of pixels of data, Google and TIME Inc. have released their Timelapse project, a stunning portrayal of nearly 30 years of satellite images, stitched together to show the Earth like it has never been seen before.
Timelapse paints a telling picture of how Earth has changed over the last 29 years offering a look at deforestation, increasing populations, expanding cities, diminishing bodies of water and other changes to the planet. Google and TIME used data obtained from more than 2 million Lansat satellite images. Orbiting the Earth once every 85 minutes since 1972, the NASA and the U.S. Geological Survey's Landsat orbiters have snapped millions of images of Earth.

Thick fog shrouds Sydney and Canberra

Both Sydney and Canberra have woken up to dense morning fog to kick off Mother's Day. The Sydney Basin saw its most widespread thick fog of the year, as light winds combined with high moisture levels.
Sydney city had its visibility reduced down to 50 metres, while in some western suburbs it was even lower. In Sydney's north, it was a mix of smoke haze and fog due to back burning in the area over the last two days. Sydney's airport largely missed out, with light morning fog only causing minimal disruptions to flights.

Very warm start to May for Alice Springs

Alice Springs has just had its longest run of May heat in 71 years of records. The town has reached 30 degrees on every day this May except one, when it reached 29.9. This makes it the longest string of temperatures this high since records began in 1942. The current average this May is 31 degrees, eight above the norm. The very warm days have also been accompanied by warm nights.
This morning it only dropped to 18.2 degrees, 10 degrees above average and the second warmest May night in the last decade.

Melbourne is on track to have its hottest run of May days in over a century, but wintry days are just around the corner. It was warmer than 25 degrees on both Thursday and Friday, more than eight degrees above average, making it the hottest pair of May days since 2002. The nights have also been warm, sitting at least four degrees above the normal May minimum of 10 degrees since Thursday.
Locals will be pleased to hear that the mercury is set to tip 25 degrees again today, making it three days in a row. If it gets that warm, it will be the longest run of 25 degree days in May since way back in 1866.

We Live in an infinite Universe of perfect harmony. Every worry; hate; concern; stress; they are all illusory aspects of an equally-illusory reality that we have been immersed in for so long, we’ve forgotten anything else exists!
We are pure spirit energy, undergoing a temporary human form and while little everyday stresses may pile up and attempt to change our perspectives, we are reaching a point where we simply know better than to allow them in.
Even as I was writing the sentences above, my child accidently knocked into my acoustic guitar and made it fall over.
In the past, I could have perhaps been frustrated over this happening and the usual mental, egotistical concerns could have arisen (awh now I’ll have to retune it, I hope it’s not hurt, etc.) but truly, rather than frustration arising toward my dear child, I see an Angel in human form who made a mistake, and who promptly worked to fix it (he picked it up and put it back perfectly where it was).
