'Dear Abby' Pauline Phillips Dead: Advice Columnist Dies At 94

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Pauline Friedman Phillips, who as Dear Abby dispensed snappy, sometimes saucy advice on love, marriage and meddling mothers-in-law to millions of newspaper readers around the world and opened the way for the likes of Dr. Ruth, Dr. Phil and Oprah, has died. She was 94.

 

Phillips died Wednesday in Minneapolis after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, said Gene Willis, a publicist for the Universal Uclick syndicate.

 

"My mother leaves very big high heels to fill with a legacy of compassion, commitment and positive social change," her daughter, Jeanne Phillips, who now writes the column, said in a statement.

Alright. In the Quarterly Forecast and some other places I have been talking about cleansing, you know this is the prime time to start to get the toxins out of the body slowly and gently, dealing basically with improving the immune system and many other things. We have sort of a cosmic debris coming towards the planet; lots of things going on.

 

So what I want to talk about this week is “Wake Up Calls”. There are going to be numerous wake up calls. It could be something as simple as when you awake in the morning, you remember a segment of a dream that was warning you about your health, or you heard a person’s voice saying something negative and that might mean maybe you need to do some cord cutting or some entity clearing.

Have you ever wondered how many incarnations make up a complete set of human experience here on earth? To many, the answer comes as quite a shock.

 

The older you get in this life, the closer you come to gaining mastery over the main lessons of this particular life. These are lessons that you planned at a soul level before you were born. When you look back on your life, it sometimes seems that it all went by in a flash.

 

It seems like just yesterday that you were still young enough to feel like you knew a lot about life. Now you’re older, and you’ve learned much more since, it become obvious that there’s a whole lot more to human life than anyone can learn or experience in one short incarnation.

As another New Year gets into full swing there is a growing sense of ‘earthing’ as each of us finds peace and stillness in the spaces within. After so much shift, transition and metamorphosis it comes as some relief to sense a tranquillity rising up from within that brings with it vision, wisdom and a powerful sense of knowing. Although many are still standing at the crossroads pondering which way to turn (if at all), many others are now contemplating the best way to embrace life in order to live the best life possible. The year ahead feels exciting, vibrant and full of life, and even though the path is uncertain on many levels, intuitively it still feels ‘right’.

Of course, embracing life and striving to live the best life possible has always been the aim, but with so much uncertainty, confusion and discombobulation it has been hard to see the wood for the trees. As a result, the ‘bigger picture’ shifted slightly out of focus as the day-to-day challenges kept us locked in keeping on keeping on.

Kp Message~ Up Swelling Waves of Energy

There is something that has “pushed” me to write this today, as I’ve seen and felt these waves at Java on the Rock.

There is a rather MASSIVE up swelling of energies today. This moment. Right now.

One aspect of this is a cleansing (clearing out) of anything not grounded in the Unity. Unity of all humanity. Unity of the Galaxy. Unity of the Cosmos.
