I tried running once.  It didn’t go well.  The man I was with at the time thought it would be a good idea if we ran together – fitness and togetherness all rolled into one miserable moment.  He of course, was an athlete.  As I gasped and jogged, he ran circles around me, smiling loving words of encouragement.  It didn’t last a week.

As I watch the runners each morning on this quiet little lake, I wonder if each step they take is amplified this summer.  Time is speeding up.  It seems I wake up and all of a sudden it’s noon.  Is everything working this way?  Will I lose weight, increase my stamina and reach my health goals quicker now? How does it work?

Linear time is part of this illusion.  I read something yesterday saying that in other dimensions it’s more of a marker.  I have trouble wrapping my head around that concept.  So I wonder where this is going, as I feel an increased sense of urgency to “get ‘er done”.  We are literally running out of time.

One of my favorite lines from my favorite movie is when George Bailey, in “It’s a Wonderful Life”, says, “You say they should wait, and save their money.  Wait?  Wait for what?  Until their children grow old and leave them?”

All is so very close that you can almost touch everything that you have wanted, everything that you have dreamed of. The reason all this has been made possible for you is through all your own selfless efforts here in this 3D land of illusion and struggle, hard times and confusion, often chaos, war, fear, love, life and happiness. We have all come so very far on our journeys, for we of the Ashtar Command have also been on a long journey. It is just that we have chosen to journey on this side of this thick curtain and you have chosen a different path, a path that brought you through all of these things that you now are finally passing, leaving behind you, releasing, forgetting and in some cases will always remember, as there have been so many parts of your journey that you have loved.

It has not always been a struggle for you, it has not always been pain for you. Many times you reached such great heights of joy and even ecstasy, and you do not wish to forget these moments. You made that very clear before you said goodbye and stepped out our front door to come here. You said you wished to be able to cherish all your fond moments of family and friends, successes and triumphs, and you will have just that as this is your gift, you have earned it, you have earned all of the gifts you are to receive for all your valiant and tireless efforts here for others and for yourself as well, as both of these aspects of yourself are important and it is not fair to overlook either of them.

Today is the 9th of Aug. My country celebrates her 47th birthday. It's interesting that the lion is our symbol. In fact Singapore is derived from the Malay word 'singa' meaning lion. In scrutinising the chakra points and grid lines, I see that Singapore is right on the grid lines. We're an extremely small country though. I know I chose to be born here at this pivotal time for a reason. As a matter of fact, each one of us chose our location purposely. NOW it's all about anchoring our light. Never doubt this.

I enclose the Sang Nila Utama story below. He was a king who first spotted this beautiful beast which was a lion. The story has been written off as a myth. Well we know better, don't we. Myths and legends are True and highly metaphysical in nature.

Founding of Singapura
Sang Nila Utama was a prince of Palembang, which was then the capital of the Srivijayan
 empire. Wanting to find a suitable place for a new city, he decided to visit the islands off the coast of Palembang South Sumatra. He set sail in a number of ships as in a fleet. He and his men reached the Riau Islands and were welcomed by the queen. A few days later, Sang Nila Utama went to a nearby island on a hunting trip.

While hunting, he spotted a deer or stag and started chasing it up a small hill but when he reached the top, the deer or stag vanished but he came to a very large rock and decided to climb it. When he stood on top of the rock, he looked across the sea and saw another island with a white sandy beach which had the appearance of a white sheet of cloth.

Asking his Chief Minister what land it was, he was told that it was the island of Temasek. He then decided to visit Temasek. However, when his ship was out into the sea, a great storm erupted and the ship was tossed about in the huge waves. The ship began to take in water.
