I assume that I did everything I was supposed to do today, and yet, I dont like anything or anybody. I dont want to Love in this NOW MOMENT, I WANNA BE MEAN. I wanna sing Mean by Taylor Swift to all those who have been mean to me in my lifetime and there are many. I want to tell all those who have told me from birth that I would never be anything or anybody BULLSHIT. I dont feel like being LOVE at this moment. Sometimes Love is WEIRD.  I dont want to be nice to the cabal. They were not nice to me. I dont want to love the Coojoe dog across the street that gets loose and bite and chase people. No, I do not. I dont like people who look at me in lust. Do they now about my childhood? How I was a victim of sexual abuse from 3 to 7? Cant they see the pain and anguish in my face???? No, I dont like that. ITS DISGUSTING. I dont understand how people can be so mean. I DONT UNDERSTAND. I work and work at releasing these and other things I cant talk about, and they still return. I broke down to a complete stranger yesterday and he was one of the few people who have showed me compassion. Why is this not common? WHY WHY WHY.

I just wanna go HOME. I just wanna crowl up under a rock and just sit.  This world is not what I desire, never has been. An the soul contract behavior, it's really a hard pill to swollow. If you looked at my life and seen the things that I have dealt with, you'd be more amazed than I am that its a part of my soul contract. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I think of it as a state where abundance is free to flow uninhibited through all areas of one’s life. I think you could say most people long to live in such a state but few people actually do. What is it that obstructs living in a sustained state of true prosperity? True prosperity being grounded in abundance and growth oriented experiences. True prosperity is not achieved by cheating people, doing work that makes you miserable or defining prosperitysolely by material wealth. There are plenty of wealthy people who are miserable and I would not call them prosperous because key parts of their lives are unfulfilled if not a source of serious pain.

The path to self-empowerment is not an easy one. Here are some ideas and suggested ways to get you started so that your unique soul path can be outrageously more joyful !

 

1) Become aware of your beliefs and how they influence your perceptions. Think about the saying: "Seeing is believing." Perhaps it is equally valid to say: "Believing is seeing."

 

2) Become aware of your emotions. If they are anything other than enthusiasm, what are you resisting?

 

3) Be willing to re-examine your past and memories you may have suppressed. Areas of unconsciousness represent areas you are unaware of, but that doesn't mean they don't influence you.

 

4) Be willing to walk away from situations that rob you of your personal power.

 

5) Be willing to let go of control over others. Trying to control others is usually as sign of fear and resistance. We cannot be self-empowered when we are trying to control others.

 

6) Be willing to feel your feelings without resistance. Embrace all emotions with enthusiasm. When you are angry, for example, really feel the anger. When you are in pain, be willing to fully experience the pain. Remember, it is the judgment of our feelings that causes the resistances that inhibit our personal power.

 

7) Connect with all the aspects of yourself. Get to know your inner child, your logical adult and your spiritual or higher self. Work on integrating the three into a harmonious unit.

 

8) Examine those areas in your life where you are not yet self-empowered and see what choices you have made that you may be willing to change.

 

9) Know the difference between self-empowerment and self-isolation. Ideally, when we are self-empowered, we connect more fully with others rather than less. Intimacy is the product of two self-empowered individuals willing to be totally seen and known by each other.

 

10) Understand that it isn't so much what happens to us in life, but how we deal with it that matters.

 

11) Be willing to be "cause" rather than "effect" in your life. This means taking full responsibility for your words, thoughts and deeds. It also means never seeing yourself as a victim of circumstances.

 

12) "Dance in your passion and play in your joy."

Armed simply with chainsaws, a corps of military veterans has arrived on the Jersey Shore to help Sandy-stricken residents trapped by a maze of downed trees and debris.

The team members, whose previous tours have included Iraq and Afghanistan, arrived in New Jersey this week from Arizona, where they were serving in the Veterans Fire Corps, a program that helps recent-era vets prepare for careers in conservation. Their recent training in chain saw operation and wildland firefighting made them perfectly suited for the mission at hand.

I keep talking about how our thoughts create our reality, but they are just words unless we grasp the true meaning of what that really means. I read a quote by Dee Wallace the actress, and it really explains it clearly: “To consciously create means to choose each thought that supports the choice of life we want.” We can’t get to where we want to be without getting our hands dirty and rolling up our sleeves. It takes work initially to choose our thoughts carefully and pay attention to what we are thinking, but after a short period of time the process becomes automatic. If we want a loving world of joy and peace we must choose the thoughts we think that will support that desire. We must think only loving thoughts, we must be happy and we must be peaceful in our actions. Our thoughts and actions must mirror one another in order for us to consciously create what we dream about.

Update at 11:30 a.m. ET: Oil giant BP has agreed to plead guilty to criminal misconduct related to the 2010 Gulf Oil spill and will pay a record $4 billion in criminal penalties, the company just confirmed. And it will pay $525 million in civil penalties in a resolution with the Securities and Exchanges Commission. BP will make the payments over six years.

About $2.4 billion of the criminal fine, BP says, will "be paid to the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) over a period of five years. In addition, $350 million will be paid to the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) over a period of five years."
